Essential Marketing is a small marketing company in Bristol, UK. I worked in a freelance capacity for them in a "transparent" role, enabling them to offer web design services to their clients. MHS are the largest hirer of specialist vehicles to local authorities in the United Kingdom. I was responsible for the complete redesign of their corporate site. The project involved close liaison with both EM and MHS in addition to the original firm of web designers. The client was keen to have some element of "jazziness" to the site. I created an animated version of their logo and animated rollover effects on the site's buttons which achieved this while maintaining an appropriate corporate look and feel to the site. While working with MHS I also helped in the development of an intranet using an Access database and active server pages.
